For BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY, I see clients in person in London, N7. The first consultation takes 75-90 mins; Follow-ups are approx. 60 mins. Sessions cost £80. Packages, concessions, and home visits in the London area are available, get in touch for prices.

For BREATHWORK, sessions are 60-90 mins and cost £80 online (on Zoom) or £90 in-person. I offer packages for longer and deeper journeys, e.g. a course of 10 x online breathwork sessions is £700. Concessions and home visits in the London area are available, get in touch for prices.

I offer CORPORATE WORKSHOPS for wellbeing and team building. See below for a couple of options and please note that both content and running times can be tailored to you and I can as well create an entirely bespoke session to meet your needs.

• FROM FEAR TO SAFETY (90 mins) 

  How does fear or stress manifest in the body? How can we invite cues of safety, so as to feel more grounded and connected, amidst whatever is happening around us? Safety is pivotal because it creates the baseline for health, wellbeing, and happiness. When we feel safe, we can be more productive and more focused. We tend to see opportunities rather than obstacles and we become more creative, more open to the new and to other people. We have more agency and purpose in life. This workshop is an embodied journey with the breath as our guide towards greater safety and resilience.

• BREATHWORK FOR CREATIVITY & PRODUCTIVITY (75 mins)

  In this workshop, we use the breath as a medium to enter into a relationship with both our feminine (i.e. our feeling, intuitive, creative side, typically related to the right brain) and our masculine (i.e. our thinking, rational, planning side, typically related to the left brain) aspects as a way to invite harmony and integration between the two, so we can embrace our creativity and intuition whilst also being anchored in the rational mind to ensure effectiveness and productivity.
